New York, NY The Professional Women in Construction (PWC) will hold its "Salute to Women of Achievement" on Thursday, September 29th from 9 to 9 p.m. The event will be held at Battery Gardens, opposite 17 State St.
The keynote speaker and honored guest will be Kathy Hochul, lieutenant governor of the State of New York.
