EXPERT PANELIST: John Klatte, NYS CRE Market Executive - Northwest Bank
Working from the Northwest office located at 475 Plank Rd. in Webster, Klatte is responsible for managing the Commercial Real Estate lending team in NYS. Klatte has been in the commercial lending division of Northwest since 2009, and has served as commercial team leader since January 2015. A graduate of SUNY Brockport, Klatte has a bachelor’s degree in finance with a minor in accounting.

EXPERT PANELIST: Kyle Jemtrud, Managing Director - Greystone
Kyle is a Managing Director at Greystone, a commercial real estate lending, investment, and advisory company. Kyle leads the Minnesota office, lending nationally on multifamily properties across a range of mortgage platforms, including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, CMBS, and bridge. In 2018, he was named a Top 10 producer for Freddie Mac’s Small Balance Loan platform in the North-Central U.S. region. 

EXPERT PANELIST: Brett Klitz, Mortgage Loan Originator - Symetra Life Insurance Company
Brett is responsible for the origination and underwriting of over $100M annually in real estate loan investments that meet the company's volume, yield and quality criteria. Brett supervise's external mortgage banker relationships - anywhere from 15-20 offices, as well as with prospective and existing borrowers (real estate developers and investors), appraisers and property managers.

FACILITATOR: Max Dowd, Vice President, Originations - Largo
Max serves as V.P. of Originations in the Rochester, NY market and assists in the origination of debt financing for owners of commercial and multifamily real estate. Prior to joining Largo, Max was an analyst/producer for a national commercial mortgage banking firm where he was responsible for sourcing, underwriting and originating commercial real estate debt.
