CoreNet Golf Outing

Purchase, NY CoreNet Global New York City Chapter (CoreNet NYC) will host its annual CoreNet NYC Golf Outing on Monday, July 11. The event will be held at two courses—Century Country Club and Old Oaks Country Club. A portion of the proceeds will benefit ACE Mentor Program of America. Advancing Opportunities for Students in the Integrated Construction Industry The outing will bring together prominent corporate real estate professionals to raise funds for the ACE Mentor Program for the second year in a row. CoreNet’s 2015 Golf Outing raised more than $50,000 for the program, which mentors high school students and inspires them to pursue careers in design and construction by pairing them with professionals in those fields. CoreNet NYC has a strong relationship with the ACE Mentor Program, and many of CoreNet NYC’s members serve as jurors for the program. Jurors are invited to the program’s yearly presentations, where they watch teams of 15-30 students present design projects that mirror real-world conditions and speak to the students about their designs.
