WHAT: UJA-Federation of New York will honor Leonard Boxer, senior partner at Stroock & Stroock & Lavan LLP, and sons Michael managing director and head of real estate at Ramius LLC, Jason, principal at Estreich & Company, Inc., and Douglas A., CEO of Rare Restaurant Group, as well as Eugene Grant, president of Eugene M. Grant Company, at its Real Estate Luncheon.
Larry Silverstein, chairman of Silverstein Properties, Inc. and luncheon chair, will present the Boxers with the Jack Weiler Award in recognition of their outstanding professional achievements and commitment to philanthropy.
UJA-Federation CEO Eric Goldstein will present Grant with the Lifetime Achievement Award to recognize his longstanding contributions to the real estate community and to improving the lives of others.
Additional expected attendees include Peter Cohen of Cowen Group, Inc., Jeffrey Feil of The Feil Organization, Jeffrey Gural of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, Howard Milstein of Milstein Properties, Joseph Moinian of The Moinian Group, Morton Olshan of Olshan Properties, Burton Resnick of Jack Resnick & Sons, and luncheon chair Jonathan Estreich of Estreich & Company, Inc.
Funds raised will go to UJA-Federation’s annual campaign to sustain its network of nearly 100 nonprofits that touches the lives of millions of people each year.
