MIPIM PropTech NY - November 6 : NYREJ

NEW YORK, NY Reed MIDEM, organizer of global real estate conferences, networking and business events, together with MetaProp NYC, the premier real estate technology nexus and early stage PropTech accelerator, has confirmed the first speakers for the second annual MIPIM PropTech NY. The conference, which is the flagship event of NYC Real Estate Tech Week, will take place on Tuesday, November 6th, at The Metropolitan Pavilion at 125 W 18th St.

Industry Leaders Speaking on Educational Panels

The confirmed speakers for this year’s event include Karen Hollinger, vice president, Corporate Initiatives, AvalonBay Communities; Dror Poleg, owner, Rethinking.RE; Constance Freedman, managing partner, Moderne Ventures; Brandon Weber, co-founder & chief product officer, VTS; Duke Long, principle, Duke Long Agency; Matthew Abeles, co-founder, BuiltWorlds; Maria Seredina, sr. manager, corporate development, Zillow Group; Aaron Block, co-founder and MD, MetaProp NYC. Other newly confirmed speakers include Brad Greiwe, co-founder/managing partner, Fifth Wall; Willis Kim, vice president - head of US West Coast and Canada, Union Investment Real Estate GmbH; and Ross Guttler, VP strategic partnerships, Delos. Block, Freedman, Greiwe, Kim, Poleg and Seredina will be part of the jury during the Startup Competition.

Other sessions include “Saving Lives, Time and Money Through Technology,” in which Matthew Abeles will participate; “Pushing the Boundaries of PropTech in NYC and Beyond,” which will feature Duke Long; “Raising and Scaling” with Brandon Weber; and “Driving Innovation through Partnerships” with Karen Hollinger. Ross Guttler will provide insights during the, “Wellness and Implications for Medical, Senior and Healthcare” panel.

Sharing the Latest Trends in Real Estate and Technology

MIPIM PropTech NYC has become a magnet for C-level real estate leaders and technologists from around the world who are interested in sharing the latest trends and how they will impact the future of their business.
