PWC Panel Discussion - NYC Campus Construction Projects

The panel will discuss recent and upcoming construction projects on campuses throughout the city, including CUNY, PACE, The New School, Cornell Tech, and Columbia’s Manhattanville Campus. Sarah Epifano, Business Development Director at Skanska, will moderate. The discussion is set up to give the attendees insight into the specific needs, prevailing trends, and preferred practices of these campuses. “College campuses are expanding all over the City,” said Chelsea LeMar, executive director of PWC. “This panel will be an excellent opportunity to build relationships and understanding in this expanding and lucrative market.” Panelists include: Kate Bicknell, Executive VP, Forest City Ratner, Cornell Tech; Jean Gallagher, VP for Strategic Initiatives, PACE University; Lia Gartner, VP for Facilities Planning, Construction and Management, The New School; Meghan Moore-Wilk, Director of Space Planning, CUNY; and Marcelo Velez, Associate VP, Manhattanville Capital Construction, Columbia University.
