Goldschmidt of Goldschmidt with McMillan of Giner collaborate for Ossining sale

Ossining, NY According to Eric Goldschmidt, senior partner at Goldschmidt & Associates, he co-brokered the sale of 70-80 Spring St.

Goldschmidt represented the seller and Nicholas McMillan of Giner Realty represented the purchaser, 3415 Knox Avenue, LLC.  The sales price was close to the $2.395 million asking price.

The two buildings consist of 15 apartments, two retail stores and 15 on-site parking spaces.  It is adjacent to the Ossining Court and Police Station.

Goldschmidt reports that there was a tremendous amount of interest for the buildings as they are newly renovated and fully occupied. At this time Goldschmidt is also representing the seller in another transacation, in which the subject property consists of a total of eight apartments and three retail stores.
