Paul Caiola, senior managing director, Zere Real Estate Services has leased 21,856 s/f of office space to Riverhead Building Supply as their new corporate headquarters at 221 David Court, within the gates of the Calverton Enterprise Park (EPCAL). Riverhead Building Supply is family-owned and operated for over sixty years on Long Island and has over a dozen locations in both Nassau and Suffolk Counties. Caiola worked closely with the company throughout the lease negotiations to ensure a smooth transition into their new space. " My client chose this location in the Township of Riverhead because of the great incentives at the site and the close proximity to their Riverhead Building Supply Calverton Distribution Center located on forty three acres within EPCAL." Marie Zere, president & CEO of Zere Real Estate Services has been doing business out in the Riverhead area for over twenty-five years with companies and land owners. "Calverton is still a viable place for corporate headquarters and I would strongly encourage business owners to take advantage of the competitive pricing opportunities."
