Caiola of Zere Real Estate Services completes 22,800 s/f industrial deal

Recently within the gates of the Calverton Enterprise Park, Paul Caiola, senior managing director of Zere Real Estate Services, leased 22,800 s/f of commercial industrial space at 401 Burman Blvd. The company Caiola leased space to originally wanted 5,400 s/f in December of 2010 but quickly soon decided to expand their base operations on site. The building management was accommodating for this new tenants' expanded and upgraded request. The company leasing the space specializes in commercial landscaping and artificial turf surfaces throughout the U.S. "CIV Enterprises decided to utilize the Calverton location because the property management was attentive to their tenants changing business needs, along with the fact that the new tenant was very attracted to the variety of the facilities loading options, high ceilings and open space to store product," said Paul Caiola.
