The leases include an eight-year, 2,900 s/f expansion for Hotline Showroom Inc. and a short-term 2,187 s/f expansion for James Perse Enterprises Inc. Hotline will occupy a total of 5,800 s/f and James Perse will occupy a total of 4,508 s/f. Buslik represented both tenants and the landlord.
