Burlington Coat Factory to open 74,000 s/f store at Related Cos. Gateway Center at Bronx Terminal Market

In conjunction with Related Companies, Burlington Coat Factory, unveiled plans to open a 74,000 s/f store in the Gateway Center at Bronx Terminal Market (610 Gateway Center Blvd.) in the spring of next year. The new store is one of the retailer's first location in the borough and the 27th in the state. When open, the store will employ 100 sales and management associates.

Burlington's new store, to be located on the second floor of the northern building, will feature a wide variety of the latest trends in ladies' dresses, suits, sportswear, maternity and accessories; top name men's suits and sportswear; quality, name brand shoes for men, women and children; famous label clothes for kids of all ages, and coats, of course. The store will also include home décor and Baby Depot departments.
Gateway Center at Bronx Terminal Market is a one million s/f large format retail center owned and managed by Related Companies. The center is one of the largest and most innovative retail concepts in the New York metropolitan area. Before its arrival, the 1.4 million residents of the Bronx had to travel to outlying areas like Yonkers, Westchester or Paramus to shop national retailers.
