Buchbinder & Warren handles two leases

According to Buchbinder & Warren, it has completed two recent transactions: Cartridge World signed a 10-year lease for 350 s/f at 30 West 8th St. The asking rent was $4,500 per month ($54,000 annually). The landlord was represented by Elba Diaz and William Abramson of Buchbinder & Warren Realty Group while Roxanne Betesh of Sinvin Realty acted for the tenant. Brentwood Pharmacy signed a 15-year lease for 1,350 s/f of retail space and 730 s/f in the basement at 48 West 8th St. Asking rent for the space was $180,000 annually. The landlord was represented by Gabe Whitman and Abramson of Buchbinder & Warren Realty Group while Joseph Isa of Winick Realty Group acted on behalf of the tenant.

2024 Year in Review: William O’Brien, M.C. O’Brien, Inc.

What noteworthy transactions or deals from this year best exemplified key market trends or shifts? I would like to say there was an outstanding transaction for me this past year but 2024 was more a culmination of long-term relationships, most of which continued to transact. Deals were smaller in many cases but we saw robust leasing both on the agency side as well as on the tenant side.
