Andréa Bucci of The Sutton Companies arranged the sale of a student housing building for $1.175 million. The 24-unit building is located at 211 Tompkins St. Financing was provided by Empower FCU. The seller was Terwilliger Family, LLC and the buyer was undisclosed.
