Brum of Ruskin Moscou Faltischek, P.C. elected to Advancement for Commerce, Industry and Technology Board of Directors

According to Ruskin Moscou Faltischek, P.C., corporate and securities attorney, Irvin Brum, has been elected as a new member of the Board of Directors for the Advancement for Commerce, Industry and Technology (ACIT). Brum is a senior partner at Ruskin Moscou Faltischek, where he serves as chairman of the firm's Corporate & Securities Department. He is also an active member of the firm's Corporate Governance Practice Group. His practice also focuses on the representation of entrepreneurs, high technology and emerging growth companies in connection with mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, initial public offerings and debt financings.
