Bruegger's partners with Hart Street, LLC to open 20 bakeries

According to Bruegger's Enterprises, Inc., a new development agreement with Hart Street, LLC. has been struck to open 20 bakeries in the borough beginning late this year. Business partners Ghias Bhuiyan and Sami Kabir, plan to roll out the bakeries over a seven-year period, focusing on the city's heaviest foot traffic areas and in direct competition with Dunkin' Donuts and Starbucks.   Bruegger's Enterprises, Inc., an affiliate of Sun Capital Partners, Inc., is a leader in the quick, casual restaurant segment. What noteworthy transactions or deals from this year best exemplified key market trends or shifts? I would like to say there was an outstanding transaction for me this past year but 2024 was more a culmination of long-term relationships, most of which continued to transact. Deals were smaller in many cases but we saw robust leasing both on the agency side as well as on the tenant side.
