Pyramid Brokerage Company brokered the following leases totaling 3,124 s/f: * A 1,124 s/f retail lease was completed in June at the property located at 2939 Oneida St. Michael Risley leased the property from landlord Rich Reilly with plans to open a men's hair salon. Rick Brower and Debra Acee of Pyramid Brokerage Company brokered this lease transaction. * CCI Companies, Inc. leased 2,000 s/f of at the office building located at 811 Court St., Utica. Michael Conley of Pyramid Brokerage Company brokered this lease transaction.
