$13 million project City Station now open to students; 157-bed housing unit with 14,000 s/f of commercial space

Graduate students in Troy now have a new place they can call home. City Station is officially open. Troy mayor Lou Rosamilia took a tour of the building. Located on Sixth St., this $13 million project, five story building comes equipped with a 157-bed housing unit, a parking garage, and 14,000 s/f of commercial space. "It also lends to the academic pursuit of the students, common areas, study areas, workout rooms, the facility of health, mental and physical. I think they encompassed everything, parking and like I said it's a state of the art facility," said Lou Rosamilia, Troy Mayor. The building is the third phase of the $60 million city project and 100 students are already calling City Station home.
