Every assignment in 2010 was equally notable we completed 28 in total including sales,leases, acquisitions and advisory projects
What predictions do you have for commercial real estate in 2011?
Sales, leasing and acquisitions transactional volume will continue to increase. Lending volume will also improve and rates will remain attractive. New York City will proove to be the most stable market in the U.S.
What are some of your New Year's Resolutions?
Maintain a positive attitude in 2011. Spend more time to teach and mentor associates. Be more productive with time.
