New York, NY Bestreich Realty Group (BRG) completed the following transactions:

1301 Third Avenue - Brooklyn, NY

1301 Third Ave. in Lenox Hill sold for $4.9 million. This mixed-use property is located between E 74th & E 75th St. and consists of six apartments and one store totaling 5,800 s/f. The sale price equates to $845 per s/f and $700,000 per unit. Adam Lobel, Zachary Ziskin, Justin Zeitchik, Kyle Katz and Lucas Vitollo of BRG facilitated both sides of this transaction.

218 17th Street - Brooklyn, NY

218 17th St. in Greenwood Heights sold for $1.725 million. This multifamily property is located between 4th Ave. & 5th Ave., contains four apartments totaling 3,091 s/f. The sale price equates to $558 per s/f and $431,250 per unit. The seller is Joann Bradley & Lisa Hsia. The buyer is Robert Saffayeh. Gabriel Kates and Adam Lobel of BRG facilitated both sides of this transaction.

547 Knickerbocker Ave. in Greenwood Heights sold for $1.095 million. This mixed-use property is located between Linden St. and Gates Ave., consists of three apartments and one store totaling 3,300 s/f. The sale price equates to $332 per s/f and $273,750 per unit.
