Sleepy Hollow, NY The Daymark, a premier collection of waterfront condominium residences, has maintained sales momentum, securing ten new contracts over the summer.

Rising along the Hudson River within the award-winning Edge-on-Hudson mixed-use community, The Daymark presents a opportunity to experience a lifestyle that integrates nature with modern living. Surrounded by over 16 acres of waterfront parks, a newly established waterfront promenade, river views, and access to New York City 25 miles south by train or car, The Daymark provides a serene backdrop for those seeking an elevated and enriching living experience.

Developed by Biddle Real Estate Ventures (BREV) and PCD Development, with Hines serving as development manager, The Daymark features 100 new-construction one-, two-, and three-bedroom condominium homes and townhome-style residences, amenities, and panoramas of the Hudson River. Occupancy is scheduled for summer 2025, according to the marketing directors, the property’s exclusive sales and marketing agent.

Designed by the COOKFOX Architects, The Daymark harmonizes with its natural surroundings. The architecture reflects the essence of biophilic design, creating a living environment that fosters a connection with the outdoors. The waterfront promenade has reestablished a connection between the Village of Sleepy Hollow and its shoreline.

The Daymark features a collection of one-, two-, and three-bedroom homes, as well as townhome-style residences, with private maisonette entrances and stoops that create an authentic neighborhood feel. Multiple balconies, terraces, patio access and gracious loggias promote indoor/outdoor living.

Michael Bushkanets, a broker with Compass in New York City, said, “The Daymark offers one of my clients, a longtime Brooklyn resident, the ideal balance between the urban comforts of Manhattan and the natural beauty of upstate New York. Moving to The Daymark will be seamless, with its great aesthetic and elevated materials and finishes. The value here is tremendous, with appealing design, impressive amenities, waterfront access, and proximity to everything.”

Similarly, Gino Silvestri, said “As a recently retired broker, I know how limited new construction waterfront properties are. Once we visited The Daymark’s Sales Gallery and saw the beauty of the waterfront location and the incredible planned amenities, we knew it was the place for us.”

Ted Lai, a broker with Houlihan Lawrence in Chappaqua, NY, said, “The value here is tremendous. As a local broker who has worked closely with developers, I recognize quality construction and see the vision for what Edge-on-Hudson will become. This will be the preeminent location in Westchester County. That’s why I’ve invested my own money here.”

Inside, each residence are carefully curated finishes and appointments including insulated glass picture windows, 9’ ceilings in all living areas, white oak engineered wide plank flooring with herringbone entry accents, LG washers and fully vented dryers, oak entry doors, and powder rooms in every residence. Custom COOKFOX-designed kitchens feature a Sub-Zero-Wolf appliance package, including gas cooktops, ovens, integrated refrigerators/freezers and a wine refrigerator; herringbone mosaic marble backsplashes, integrated microwaves and Cove dishwashers, and fully vented hoods to improve indoor air quality.

The Daymark’s offering of outdoor space further elevates the living experience. Two waterfront courtyards designed by Future Green Studio include a pool and sundeck, hot tub, fire pit, pergola, lounge seating areas, barbecue grills, and al fresco dining spaces. There is also a landscaped rooftop terrace with further outdoor dining options.

Indoor amenities feature a double-height attended lobby, screening room, library with fireplace, co-working lounge with private meeting room and study, and an events room with private kitchen and dining. There’s also a fitness center by Aktiv, yoga studio, children’s playroom, and a pet spa. A separate resident lounge will feature billiards, an extra-large television, card table, and outdoor access. Other planned conveniences include a concierge, storage available on every residential floor, and bicycle storage. Additionally, residents will enjoy daily shuttle service to Tarrytown’s Metro-North train station during weekday commuter hours.
