Breslin Realty orchestrates four leasing transactions; Barish and Colangelo of Breslin secure two leases totaling 2,400 s/f

According to Kenneth Breslin, president of Breslin Realty Inc., the company has completed the following transactions: In Suffolk County, a lease transaction has been completed by Russel Helbling for a Starbucks Coffee Co. location, which opened for business in March, at the new Tanger Outlet. The new Starbucks is located at 529 Arches Cir., and is 1,433 s/f. Starbucks Coffee Co. purchases and roasts high-quality wholeBean coffees and sells them along with fresh, rich-brewed, Italian-style espresso beverages primarily through its company-operated retail stores. Brad Barish and John Colangelo completed two leases for Metro PCS, a new low-cost wireless service provider for locations at 932 East 174th St. in the Bronx, and at Georgetown Shopping Center, 2181 Ralph Ave. in Brooklyn. Each new store is 1,200 s/f. Metro PCS anticipates opening over 50 stores in the Bronx and Brooklyn over the next eight months. Amanda Gordon has completed a lease for 1,568 s/f in the Voice Road Shopping Center in Carle Place, N.Y. with Verizon Wireless dealer Zoom Wireless. The Voice Road power center, located at 168 Glen Cove Rd., is approximately 131,000 s/f and tenants include Big Lots, Staples, Party City, Dress Barn, Ulta and more. Voice Road Plaza, the landlord, was represented by Gordon.

2024 Year in Review: William O’Brien, M.C. O’Brien, Inc.

What noteworthy transactions or deals from this year best exemplified key market trends or shifts? I would like to say there was an outstanding transaction for me this past year but 2024 was more a culmination of long-term relationships, most of which continued to transact. Deals were smaller in many cases but we saw robust leasing both on the agency side as well as on the tenant side.
