Breslin Realty leases 7,000 s/f to Advance Auto

Levittown, NY Breslin Realty negotiated the signing of a long-term lease with Advance Auto Parts in the Levittown Mews Shopping Center.

Advance Auto Parts will be occupying 7,000 s/f in the shopping center on Hempstead Tpke. (NY-24), in the space formerly occupied by Mandee.

Advance Auto Parts is a provider of automotive replacement parts, accessories, batteries and maintenance items for domestic and imported cars, vans, sport utility vehicles, and light or heavy duty trucks.

The transaction was arranged and negotiated for the landlord by Robert Delavale of Breslin

Additional Levittown Mews retail includes Walmart Neighborhood Market, Ulta, America’s Best Contacts & Eyeglasses, Lane Bryant, European Wax Center, Leslie’s Swimming Pools, Jovia Financial Credit Union, H&R Block, Sexy Crab Cajun Seafood & Bar, and Rock Box Fitness.
