Breslin Realty leases 20,000 s/f to Michaels

Hicksville, NY Breslin Realty signed a long-term lease with Michaels at 410 South Oyster Bay Rd.

Michaels will be occupying 20,000 s/f of the Woodbury Shopping Center, taking over the space that was vacated when TJ Maxx moved across the street into Woodbury Plaza.

The transaction was arranged and negotiated for the landlord by Robert Delavale of Breslin.

Michaels is a chain retailer of arts and crafts supplies carrying art & hobby supplies, as well as home décor.

They are North America’s largest providers of arts, crafts, framing, floral and wall décor, and merchandise for makers and do-it-yourself home decorators. There are over 1,200 Michaels stores throughout the United States and Canada.

Additional retail at the Woodbury Shopping Center includes Staples, Bagel Boss, Walgreens, M&T Bank, Pasta-eria Italian Restaurant, Woodbury Kosher Meats, American Dry Cleaners, Michael’s Barber, Emma’s Nails, Lovely Card & Gift Shop, Park’s Happy Farm, Leung How Kitchen, and coming soon: Five Below.
