Breslin handles three deals

Breslin Realty Development Corp. has negotiated the following transactions: The company has negotiated the $2.25 million sale between Chief Equipment, Inc., buyer, and 1020 Brooklyn Avenue Realty, seller. The property consists of a 11,000 s/f, one-story building on 1.1 acres. Chief Equipment, a John Deere dealership, is relocating from Freeport. Robert Rosenberg, director of property management at Breslin represented the seller and Chris Lynch of FMC Realty Associates represented the buyer. Spirit Halloween Superstores, LLC has taken 6,900 s/f at Willow Wood Shoppes in Wantagh. Zachary Cooper of Breslin represented the landlord and the tenant. Trader Joes has signed a lease at The Gallery at Westbury Plaza in Garden City. Beth Lamport of Breslin and Roy Roberts of Milestone Associates were the brokers.
