Breslin and Delavale of Breslin Realty lease 1,860 s/f to Starbucks

Islandia, NY According to Breslin Realty, a grand opening was held for  Starbucks. The store is located at the north west corner of the Long Island Expressway North Service Rd. (Exit 58), and Old Nichols Rd., in the building formerly occupied by Hooters. Starbucks is occupying the 1,860 s/f drive-thru end-cap of the 7,773 s/f building, with additional spaces still available to lease.

Breslin Realty has developed over 30 Starbucks locations.

Wilbur Breslin and Robert Delavale of Breslin arranged and negotiated the transaction for the landlord, as well as negotiated the drive-thru approvals with the village.
