Zere Real Estate attends cocktail reception and open house; Celebrated new construction project by Lipsky Building

The Zere ladies attended a cocktail reception at Pierre's restaurant and an open house in Watermill to celebrate the new construction by award-winning Lipsky Building Construction at 39 Pauls Ln., Watermill. The house is on the market for $12.5 million by Douglas Elliman Real Estate. David Lipsky's, Lipsky Building Construction, uncle and father built this home. Lipsky is an active intern and assistant to Marie Zere, president & CEO Zere Real Estate Services.
