Brenner of Prime Realty Properties brokers $70.05m sale of Parkway Plaza Office Bldg.

Prime Realty Properties and Management's president, Andy Brenner, has brokered the sale of the Parkway Plaza Office Building, also known as the Barnes & Noble building, located at 1400 Old Country Rd. for $70.05 million. The 252,000 s/f class A office building is 98% occupied, including its anchor tenant, Barnes & Noble, several law firms, insurance companies and accounting firms. The purchaser was a NYC based private real estate company, represented by Stuart Stein of SBS Associates, who purchased the building as part of a 1031 tax exchange. The seller, CAF Realty Holdings, owned the building since 2001.
