The Braverman Group LLC acted as broker for the lease of 9,013 s/f to Pier 1 at the Plaza at Crystal Run. Pier 1 is located at 400 North Galleria Dr. The lease term is for five years, with options. Jack Braverman acted on behalf of both parties in this transaction.
The high traffic and the location at the junction of Rte. 211, I-84 and Rte. 17 motivated the deal. The location is a pad site situated in front of Gander Mountain Sports, Sam's Club and the entryway to the Mall at Crystal Run.
The property owner is Topper Associates, LLC.
