Brady and Dean of Jack Resnick & Sons arrange two office leases totaling 13,385 s/f at 250 Hudson Square
At Jack Resnick & Sons' redevelopment, located at 250 Hudson St., two office deals have been signed. The leases total 13,385 s/f.
TED Conferences LLC has leased 9,061 s/f on the 10th floor. It expects to relocate from 55 Vandam St. in the spring. The non-profit organization was represented in the 10-year deal by David Barreto and Kim Skarvelis of Cast Iron Real Estate.
DDG Partners, LLC took the remainder of the 10th floor, a total of 4,324 s/f, for its new offices. It will relocate from 770 Broadway.
Dennis Brady, executive managing director of leasing, and Jonathan Dean, managing director of Jack Resnick & Sons, represented the landlord. The 15-story, 375,000 s/f former printing trades building has been transformed into a modern class A office tower through a $25 million capital improvement program by Jack Resnick & Sons.
