Bradley of American Real Estate Capital arranges $16.5 million loan to refinance 50-acre Montauk Yacht Club Resort

Bob Bradley ([email protected]) of American Real Estate Capital (AREC) recently arranged $16.5 million to refinance the Montauk Yacht Club Resort. The property consists of 107 hotel rooms, three restaurants, three swimming pools and a marina with 232 slips and 14 mega slips. The 50 acre property is located east of the Hamptons. The original Resort building was developed in 1928 by architect/entrepreneur Carl Fisher. Since then additional estates were purchased and incorporated into what now comprises the Montauk Yacht Club Resort. AREC is the nationwide commercial real estate lending platform for its' Life Insurance parent company, American Financial Group, Inc. AREC provides competitive loan terms on rental apartments, office buildings, bulk distribution facilities, shopping centers, marinas, and hotels nationwide.
