Bradley of American Real Estate Capital arranges $16.5 million loan to refinance 50-acre Montauk Yacht Club Resort

Bob Bradley ([email protected]) of American Real Estate Capital (AREC) recently arranged $16.5 million to refinance the Montauk Yacht Club Resort. The property consists of 107 hotel rooms, three restaurants, three swimming pools and a marina with 232 slips and 14 mega slips. The 50 acre property is located east of the Hamptons. The original Resort building was developed in 1928 by architect/entrepreneur Carl Fisher. Since then additional estates were purchased and incorporated into what now comprises the Montauk Yacht Club Resort.
