BOND Civil & Utility Const. promotes Foppiano to senior V.P. of NY and NJ

Manhattan, NY BOND Civil & Utility Construction has promoted Dan Foppiano to senior vice president of New York and New Jersey. Foppiano’s promotion follows over a decade of success at BOND Civil & Utility, most recently serving as vice president of the New York operations.

In his new role, Foppiano will focus on expanding BOND Civil & Utility’s geographical reach and market sectors while continuing to elevate the company’s growth and profitability across the industry. He will also be responsible for mentoring the next generation of leaders within the organization and building robust relationships with clients, employees, and vendors.

Foppiano’s promotion comes at a pivotal moment as the company projects significant growth in 2025. Under his leadership, the company is poised to expand its reach beyond the tri-state area while continuing to excel in complex civil and utility projects. Notable ongoing efforts include a major wastewater project for the New York City Department of Environmental Protection and the Empire Wind project.

With over 20 years of industry experience, Foppiano has built his career in the New York City region, focusing on infrastructure projects throughout the five boroughs. Before joining BOND, he worked at Turner Construction as an assistant superintendent. Foppiano earned his undergraduate degree from Siena College and holds a master’s degree from Columbia University.
