Bomzer and Mehr of Sabre Real Estate broker 900 s/f retail lease

Merrick, NY Sabre Real Estate Group LLC, a premier retail brokerage firm serving New York’s metropolitan region, has arranged a lease in the Merrick Mall for Merrick Wines & Liquors. The wine and liquor merchant, currently located elsewhere in Merrick, leased 900 s/f at 2148 Merrick Ave., and is expected to open in the new location in November. Merrick Mall, which currently is undergoing a façade upgrade, is at the intersection of Smith Street in the community’s busy downtown. Douglas Bomzer, managing director of Sabre, represented the landlord, Forest Hills-based Bronstein Properties LLC. Jon Mehr, a Sabre associate, represented Merrick Liquors.
