BOMA Westchester swears in new officers and directors for 2016

White Plains, NY The Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) of Westchester County has elected its slate of officers for the 2016 term. William Bassett of Cushman & Wakefield was elected president.  The officers and directors were sworn in at BOMA Westchester’s Annual Holiday Party and Inauguration of Officers held December 3rd, 2015 at Westchester Hills Golf Club.

Other officers elected and sworn in for the 2016 term were:

• Vice president: Susan Curtis, RPA, FMA of RXR Realty.

• Secretary: Scott Tangredi of Reckson, a division of SL Green.

• Treasurer: Cameron Paktinat of Colliers International.

• Allied Representative: Paul Senecal of United Services of American, an Affineco Co.

• Public Relations Advisor: Dean Bender of Thompson & Bender.

The following directors were also elected: David Berk, RPA of L&L Holding Co.; Vinny Finnegan of Gedney Way Consultants LLC; Jay Lapham of Alliegence Realty Corp.; John Lomurno, SMT of GlobeOp Financial Services LLC; Edward Miller of Celestial Capital Group LLC; Caroline Molloy, RPA, LEED, AP of Cushman & Wakefield; and Cameron Paktinat of Colliers International.
