BOMA Westchester elects 2026 officers

White Plains, NY The Building Owners and Managers Association of Westchester County has elected its slate of officers for the 2026 term. 

Robert McNamara was elected president. McNamara is director of operations & management for GHP Office Realty.

Other officers elected and sworn in for the new term were:

• Vice president: Geraldine Molloy, Newmark

• Secretary: Brian VanRiper, Robert Martin Company

• Treasurer: Gina Lomurno, Reckson

• Immediate past president: Stephanie Manfredi, Colliers International

The following directors were also elected:

• Peter Zimmar, Regeneron

• Caroline Molloy, Cushman & Wakefield

• Vinny Finnegan, Gedney Way Consultants

• Jacqueline Monge, Abert B. Ashforth, Inc.

• Allied representative: Ben Campos, Kencal Maintenance Corp.

• Public relations Advisor: Dean Bender, Thompson & Bender
