BOMA/NY holds 45th ­Annual Pinnacle Awards Ceremony

Newcomers and veterans from across the spectrum of commercial real estate shared the honors at the 45th Annual BOMA/NY Pinnacle Awards Ceremony, with Paramount Group, Inc. capturing three of the industry’s most prized award statuettes, followed by SL Green Realty Corp., taking home two, and Hearst Tower making history as the most decorated Pinnacle winner ever. The Chelsea Piers ceremony, which played to an audience of 500, gave out 11 awards in all. The Pinnacle is regarded as one of the most difficult commercial real estate awards to win and is given for operational excellence according to building category. Leadership qualities are also honored through the Outstanding Local Member of the Year and the Manager of the Year awards, which is given in two categories based on length of experience.
