The Chelsea Piers ceremony, which played to an audience of 500, gave out 11 awards in all. The Pinnacle is regarded as one of the most difficult commercial real estate awards to win and is given for operational excellence according to building category. Leadership qualities are also honored through the Outstanding Local Member of the Year and the Manager of the Year awards, which is given in two categories based on length of experience.
The winners include:

• Earth – Hearst Tower – Owner: Hearst Corp.; management firm: Tishman Speyer; property manager: Siro Gonzalez.
• Corporate – IAC Building – Owner: IAC Corp.; managing agent: Jones Lang LaSalle; property manager: Thomas Panissidi, RPA.
• Renovated – 330 Madison Ave. – Owner: Vornado Realty Trust; manager: Vornado Office Management; property manager: Nichole O’Connell.
• Manager of the Year 3-10 Years – Michael Aisner, RPA/LEED AP, RXR Realty LLC.
• Manager of the Year Over 10 Years of Experience – Patricia Revellese, SL Green.
• Operating Office Building 100,000-249,999 s/f. – 110 East 42nd St. – Owner/manager: SL Green; property manager: Paul Palagian.
• Operating Office Building 250,000-499,999 s/f –1333 Broadway – Owner: W&H Properties; management firm: Newmark Grubb Knight Frank; portfolio manager: Diane Fields, RPA/FMA/LEED AP BD+C.
• Operating Office Building 500,000 - 1 million s/f –1325 Ave. of the Americas – Owner/manager: Paramount Group; property manager: Daniel Breslin.
