BOMA Long Island holds Annual Casino Night & Cocktail Party; Hosted by member RXR at 68 South Service Road, Melville

BOMA Long Island hosted their Annual Casino Night & Cocktail Party on May 15th at RXR's Building on 68 South Service Rd. BOMA LI was appreciative to member RXR for hosting the event, as well as member Four Seasons Roofing for taking the "Funny Money Sponsorship." Gift cards were given out as prizes, denominations were $500 for first place, $250 for second place and $100 for third place. Nassau County IDA, Nick Terzulli, the director of business development, will be speaking on how to keep tenants on Long Island and what incentives can be offered before it is too late.
