Having opened its original headquarters just three years ago at 2101 Frederick Douglass Blvd., between 113th and 114th Sts., the boutique real estate brokerage firm has already become one of the top specialists in Harlem and Upper Manhattan with a team of 90 licensed agents and brokers – and growing! The new 3,000 s/f ground level space will be designed in the spirit of the first one, reflecting a mellow ambiance with custom-built, state-of the art technology systems and great acoustics. It is expected to be up and running before the holidays. “We are thrilled to need more space so quickly,” said Sarah Saltzberg, co-founder of Bohemia Realty Group. “Last year our group increased by more than 51 percent and this year, the pace is continuing even faster. We have a great community of agents and brokers and everyone is excited about new opportunities further uptown!” Head of sales Beth Gittleman said, “Our sales volumes have been increasing dramatically each quarter. We absolutely will need the desk space in the second location to accommodate our rapid growth and we look forward to bringing on experienced sales agents to grow with us!" Located in the heart of Washington Heights, the upper Broadway office is near a vibrant commercial district with a host of restaurants, lounges and coffee shops, including Coogan’s, Malecon Restaurant, Taszo Espresso Bar, The Chipped Cup (owned by Bohemia Realty brokers), At the Wallace, Starbuck’s and Chipotle. It is also close to Columbia Presbyterian Hospital and several subway lines, including the 1, C and A trains. Jon Goodell, Bohemia Realty’s co-founder, “This is an emerging neighborhood where we already represent several landlords and developers. There is great value in the immediate area, as well as further north in Inwood and the Bronx and now we’ll have an office that’s even more convenient for our agents.” Bohemia Realty Group is continuing to hire qualified agents.
