Blumenthal appointed financial analyst at HAP

According to HAP Investments LLC, Doni Blumenthal has been appointed a financial analyst at the company. "We are very pleased to have Doni join HAP as an analyst," said Eran Polack, co-founder and CEO of HAP. "He has great experience in the financial services industry and we believe his analytical skills and background will play a key part in helping the company reach its future goals." He brings several years of experience to his position with HAP. He was previously at Meridian Capital Group, where he assisted in underwriting over $950 million in commercial real estate loans while managing all aspects of debt placement from loan origination through closing. He holds a MBA from The Silberman College of Business at Fairleigh Dickinson University. He is also a licensed real estate salesperson in New York State.
