Blankstein and Goodman of The Boulder Group rep seller in $1.075 million sale
The Boulder Group, a net leased investment brokerage firm specializing in single tenant assets, has completed the sale of a single tenant AutoZone ground lease located at 7322 Hacks Cross Rd. for $1.075 million.
AutoZone is the sole occupant of the 7,008 s/f building located on a 40,843 s/f parcel.
Randy Blankstein and Jimmy Goodman of The Boulder Group represented the seller in the transaction; a southeast based partnership. The purchaser was a 1031 exchange investor.
