Blake and Mychaskiw of CBRE broker $1.426 million sale; Chosen by Rochester/Buffalo Realty
Rochester/Buffalo Realty invited five area commercial brokerages to meet and present their firms, discuss marketing programs, experience/market knowledge and property valuation. Based upon these criteria, Steve Blake and Lida Mychaskiw of CBRE|Buffalo were selected as the exclusive broker representatives for the subject property.
The property was engaged in a bid sale and secured multiple competitive bids from prospective buyers, with Anderson Equipment Co. ultimately obtaining the site for $1.426 million. The former 36,274 s/f Milton-Caterpillar site is located on 3.2 acres on 2140 Military Rd. and looks out on Youngman Hwy.
