Beyerbach installed as 2018 president of Upstate Appraisal Institute chapter

Rochester, NY The Upstate New York Chapter of the Appraisal Institute has installed William Beyerbach, MAI, SRA as president for 2018.

Also installed were Philip Coughlin, MAI of Syracuse as vice president; Stephen Ferrara, SRA as treasurer; and Shawn Riley as secretary. New directors are Thomas LaBelle, MAI and Jason Graves.  Mark Grant, MAI will be the immediate past president. These new directors will join the current board members which include Riley; Walter Copeland, SRA; Michael Coles; William Kimball, MAI and William Keast.

Beyerbach is owner of Appraisal & Consulting Services.  He has experience in the appraisal of a wide variety of real estate properties.  

The Appraisal Institute is recognized as the leader in the real estate appraisal industry and is one of the oldest organizations of real estate appraisers in the world.
