Bestreich Realty Group complete $3.5 million sale of 7,995 s/f mixed use building

Manhattan, NY Bestreich Realty Group (BRG) closed on 666 9th St., for $3.5 million. 

This property is located between West 46th St. and 47th St. in Hell’s Kitchen. The lot is built 26.75 ft x 74 ft and the building is build 27 ft x 59 ft. This mixed use consists of 8 apartments and 2 Stores and has approximately 7,995 s/f priced at $437 per s/f.

The seller is Angelo Vita and the buyer is Klosed Properties. Logan Boenning, Justin Zeitchik, Zack Ziskin and Jason Au facilitated sell side and Steven Kachanian, Adam Hajibai and Ryan Elian facilitated the buy side of this transaction.
