Bernstein joins Eastern Consolidated as an associate director

Eastern Consolidated, a leading investment sales brokerage, has expanded its team with the addition of Abram Bernstein as an associate director. Bernstein will specialize in the sales and acquisition of commercial properties throughout the five boroughs, with an emphasis on multifamily assets in the Bronx and Northern Manhattan. "Abram is a successful entrepreneur with a strong background in research and analysis, skills that will make him an extremely successful investment sales broker," said Daun Paris, president of Eastern Consolidated. "We are aggressively growing our presence in the Bronx and Northern Manhattan and Abram will be a great addition to our team." Bernstein is the most recent multi-lingual broker to join Eastern Consolidated. The firm's professionals speak fifteen languages in addition to English, including Spanish, Farsi, Vietnamese, Shanghainese, Cantonese, Taiwanese, Mandarin, Italian, German, French, Hebrew, Yiddish, Portuguese, Russian, and Polish. Prior to joining Eastern Consolidated, Bernstein was a member of the Brand Solutions Team for Univision Communications Inc. where he conducted analyses on the telecom, travel, and electronics industries. Prior to Univision, he was the founder and co-CEO of Omniretailers LLC, an online electronics wholesaler. Bernstein recently graduated magna cum laude from Colgate University with a degree in English and Spanish, and is a member of The Real Estate Board of New York.
