Benvegna appointed as a VP at Leggette, Brashears & Graham (LBG)

Leggette, Brashears & Graham, Inc. (LBG), a professional ground-water and environmental engineering services firm, has named John Benvegna a VP. Benvegna has 23 years of experience in the environmental consulting field. He learned from the ground up at LBG, starting as an intern in 1985, and he has a variety of contamination and water supply project experience. A certified professional geologist by the American Institute of Professional Geologists, he received a B.S. degree in Marine Geology from Southampton College, Long Island University. He is a member of the American Institute of Professional Geologists and the Association of Ground-Water Scientists and Engineers (National Ground Water Association.) LBG was one of the first consulting firms in the U.S. to specialize in ground-water geology. Over the last 60 years, the firm has completed projects in 48 states and 19 foreign countries. The firm has expertise in almost every aspect of water supply, contamination and mine dwelling hydrogeology. Headquartered in Shelton, Conn., LBG has 19 regional offices in the U.S.
