Bellet Construction completes façade restoration project for Cornell Club - New York

Manhattan, NY Bellet Construction has completed the façade restoration project for the Cornell Club - New York.

The Cornell Club - New York is a private club in Midtown, serving as a home away from home for Cornell University alumni, faculty, and their guests. Located near Grand Central Terminal, the club offers dining, accommodations, fitness facilities, and event spaces.

Bellet’s work included mortar repointing, brick replacement, Helifix brick tie installation, limestone patching, caulking, and backer rod installation, as well as new railing installation — all in accordance with the highest restoration standards. All the repairs have been made and the project certified as safe.

“We are honored to bring our expertise to the Cornell Club, a prestigious institution with a rich history in New York City,” said Wayne Bellet, president at Bellet Construction. “Our team was dedicated to ensuring that this landmark remains a fixture of architectural excellence for years to come.”
