Bellantoni of RKF and Miller of Aegis lease 2,700 s/f at 401 W. 14th St.

Fashion designer Moschino has leased 2,700 s/f of ground-floor retail space at Taconic Investment Partners' 401 W. 14th St. in the Meatpacking District, according to Brian Walker, a vice president at Taconic Investment Partners. When it opens this spring, the Moschino store will sit between the recently opened tri-level Apple store on the northwest corner of 9th Ave. (at 14th St.) and Hugo Boss's 4,100 s/f store. The boutique store will be one of Moschino's first in the city. Karen Bellantoni of Robert K. Futterman & Associates represented the landlord, while Seth Miller of Aegis Realty Corp. represented Moschino.

2024 Year in Review: William O’Brien, M.C. O’Brien, Inc.

What noteworthy transactions or deals from this year best exemplified key market trends or shifts? I would like to say there was an outstanding transaction for me this past year but 2024 was more a culmination of long-term relationships, most of which continued to transact. Deals were smaller in many cases but we saw robust leasing both on the agency side as well as on the tenant side.
