Batista of Sabre represents RJR Realty in 6,500 s/f lease at 20 W. Park Avenue

Sabre Real Estate Group LLC arranged a lease for a new restaurant that will replace the shuttered Avenue Café. Sabre arranged a lease for 6,500 s/f at 20 W. Park Ave. for a new restaurant, The Park - Sports Bar & Grill, which is expected to open in September. Greg Batista, a director at Sabre, represented the landlord, RJR Realty Group, while Paul Fetscher of Great American Brokerage, represented the restaurant owner.
