Bartha and Mitchel join the PWGC team

Bohemia, NY According to P.W. Grosser Consulting, Inc. (PWGC), Charles Bartha, PE, and Leslie Mitchel, both formerly of Sidney B. Bowne & Son, LLP (Bowne), have joined the PWGC team.   

Bartha and Mitchel have played leading roles in the Long Island region’s consultant community for more than two decades, most recently at Mineola-based Bowne and as commissioner and deputy commissioner respectively at Suffolk County’s Department of Public Works (SCDPW). Given their level of experience and expertise, Bartha and Mitchel will strengthen PWGC’s management team and greatly enhance PWGC’s assets in the public and private sectors.

At PWGC, Bartha has been named senior vice president in charge of PWGC’s engineering division. There he will work with PWGC staff to ensure the efficient and accurate delivery of project requirements to PWGC’s wide array of clients. Further, he will work in cooperation with Mitchel to support PWGC’s expanding business development efforts.

“I am looking forward to applying the skills and experience garnered at both SCDPW and at Bowne to my efforts at PWGC,” said Bartha.  “My goal is to provide the same high level of service that PWGC is known for to a growing client base.”

As director of client relations, Mitchel will work to nurture and expand PWGC’s clientele. She will mine her years of experience to develop new clients and nurture current relationships. Her successful history interacting with Long Island community and business organizations will strengthen PWGC’s industry reputation.  

“I am anxious to reinforce and introduce PWGC and its suite of services to various clients and relationships that I have developed over more than 30 years as Suffolk County and at Bowne,” said Mitchel. “I look forward to helping to grow and expand the arenas in which PWGC can flourish.”

PWGC president and CEO Paul Grosser, PhD., PE, PG, lauded the addition of Bartha and Mitchel and looks forward to their success at PWGC.
