Barcel Group secures three sales totaling $16.73 million; Includes $5.25 million sale by Fridman and Zimmermann

The Barcel Group completed the following three sales totaling $16.73 million: * The sale of 116 E 19th St., consists of 10 units and sold for $1.23 million. Marcel Fridman of Barcel Group represent the seller, a local family and the buyer, Silver Shore Properties. The property sold for 10x rent roll. * The sale of two elevator buildings consisting of 84 units and a parking lot at 89-21 153rd St. and 8822 Parsons Blvd., Queens. The property sold for $10.25 million at 10.5x rent roll. Fridman represented the seller and buyer, both local investors. * The sale of 1267 Forest Ave., Staten Island., a two-story retail strip consists of 29,000 s/f and sold for $5.25 million at an 8.5% cap-rate. Bart Zimmermann of Barcel Group represented the seller, a local investor. Fridman represented the buyer, also a local investor.
